Prof Neil Weste is a globally recognised semiconductor innovator, educator, and entrepreneur with over four decades of experience advancing wireless and integrated circuit technologies.

He co-founded Radiata Communications, the company that developed the world’s first fully integrated CMOS Wi-Fi chipset—technology later acquired by Cisco Systems and foundational to modern wireless networking.

Prof Weste authored the industry-standard textbook Principles of CMOS VLSI Design, now in its fourth edition, and is a Fellow of the IEEE and the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering. At WuLu Networks, he drives innovation in long-range, low-power Wi-Fi solutions that bring connectivity to underserved regions worldwide.

Meng Wu is a global technology and finance executive with expertise across investment, semiconductor, and cloud computing sectors. A member of CPA Australia, Meng holds advanced degrees in Actuarial Science, Applied Finance, and Economics, and has advised leading institutions including AMP Capital, CBA, NAB, Macquarie Bank, Temasek Holdings, and China Life Asset Management.

He previously served as CFO at COG Group (HK: 0581) and advised innovative chip design companies such as AM-Micro, Palma Chia SemiDesign, and Biren Technology.

At WuLu Networks, Meng leads strategic growth, partnerships, and commercialization, advancing the company’s mission to deliver affordable, large-scale wireless connectivity that bridges the global digital divide.
